April travels (and a bit of May)

The family has seen a lot of people and been traveling a bit in April. Owen, at one month old, is a well-traveled baby. He's been to the Bay Area and to LA, and he flew to Chicago. In June (those pics are forthcoming, but see his cousins Tristan and Maya's blog), he went on his second plane trip to Atlanta. As parents stressing over traveling with babies and babygear, we welcomed the privileges that sporting a baby affords: e.g., the short line at security! That saved us from missing our flight out of Chicago. Both Owen and Rilo are growing up so fast. Rilo's talking a lot now and learning how to be a silly kid.

Chicago. Rilo stayed with the grandparents in South Pasadena while we went to the Windy City with Owen--his first plane ride. Owen did great, slept through most of the trip. Here are some pictures at Millenium Park.
